The viability assessment process determines the optimal level of affordable housing and any financial contributions as well as ensuring that there is a buyer of the affordable housing in place before consent is granted.

Deeds of Variation

HPP has succeeded in attaining Deeds of Variation to unworkable section 106 agreements on behalf of clients which allows stalled developments to become unlocked.
